In a mixing bowl, add the potatoes and mash them with cream cheese, butter, heavy cream and salt and pepper and all spice. Set aside and keep it warm.
Heat the olive oil in a medium pot, sauté the onions and garlic until light brown. Add fresh herbs, fresh garlic or CLLV and the meat. Cook for a few minutes until the beef is in small pieces and cooked well. Add the tomato sauce, beef base or au jus, salt and pepper and red wine. Simmer until sauce is reduced in half.
In a greased baking pan, lay one inch of mashed potatoes then layer the ground beef and repeat…lasagna style. Sprinkle with Grated cheesed and bake for 45 minutes at 300 degrees.
